At Muse Design, we specialize in customization. Unlike mass-produced furniture, we allow you to choose the exact dimensions, fabric type, color, and firmness of your sofa or bedframe to perfectly fit your home and lifestyle.

2. Where is your showroom located?

Our showroom is located at No. 67-2 & 67-3 (2nd & 3rd Floor), Jalan Nautika B U20/B, Pusat Komersial TSB, Sek U20, 40160 Sungai Buloh,Selangor. We highly recommend visiting us to experience the comfort of our sofas and browse our extensive fabric library.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment if you require a detailed consultation for a custom project so our designers can dedicate time to you.

Customization & Ordering

1. How does the custom-made process work?

Step 1: Choose a base design or share your own inspiration.

Step 2: Select your preferred materials (Fabric, Velvet, Leatherette, etc.).

Step 3: Finalize measurements and comfort levels (Soft, Medium, or Firm).

Step 4: Place your deposit and our craftsmen begin production.

2. Can I provide my own design or photo?

No, our customisation only based on our standard designs.

3. Can I customize the size of the bedframe to fit my specific mattress?

Absolutely. We can customize bedframes for Standard King, Queen, Super Single, or Single sizes, as well as custom European or oversized dimensions.

Production & Delivery

1. How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Typically, production takes 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the chosen fabric.

2. Do you provide delivery and installation?

Yes, we provide free delivery and professional assembly services for most of the majo cities in Peninsular Malaysia. Except for highlands and islands cities.

Payment & Warranty

1. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Muse Design custom furniture comes with a 3-years structural warranty covering the internal wooden frame and manufacturing defects.

2. Do you offer installment plans?

Yes, we offer 0% interest installment plans via Atome/Grab/Credit Card. Please ask our staff for more details.

Care & Maintenance

1. How do I clean my custom sofa/bedframe?

Fabric: Light vacuuming and immediate spot cleaning with a damp cloth for spills.

Easy-Clean Fabrics: Most stains can be removed with just water and a microfiber cloth.

Avoid: Direct sunlight for long periods and harsh chemicals.

2. Do you offer installment plans?

Yes, we offer 0% interest installment plans via Atome/Grab/Credit Card. Please ask our staff for more details.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Can I return my furniture if I change my mind?

As our sofas and bedframes are custom-made to your specific requirements (size, color, and material), we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for “Change of Mind.” We encourage all customers to double-check their measurements and fabric choices before confirming the order.

2. What if the furniture arrives damaged or has a defect?

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery.

On-the-spot: If you notice a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, you may reject the item immediately, and our delivery team will take it back for repair or replacement at no extra charge.

After Delivery: If you discover a defect after the team has left, please notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 to 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the issue.

3. What if the sofa/bedframe doesn't fit through my door or lift?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the customized dimensions will fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators.

  • If an item cannot be delivered due to access issues, we cannot offer a full refund.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer to modify the piece (if possible) for an additional service fee.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing a deposit?
  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund of your deposit.

  • After 24 Hours: Since materials may have already been ordered or production started, cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee of [e.g., 30%] of the total value.

5. Are ``Sale`` or ``Display Set`` items returnable?

No. All items purchased under “Clearance,” “Display Set,” or “Special Promotion” are sold on an “As-Is” basis and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
