Staircase Handling Fee
- If there is no lift access or the elevator cannot fit the furniture or the elevator is not functioning, our delivery team (drivers) will need to manually carry the items using the staircase to deliver the items to the customer’s address. In such cases, a staircase handling fee will apply.
- The staircase handling fee starts from the third(3) floor and onwards with a charge of RM80 per floor.
- The floor counted from the LG or GF, whichever is lower.
- Our team can only deliver up to 5 floors maximum via staircase.
- The fee will be capped at RM240 per order for a single delivery (RM80x 3 floors max)
- The fee to be paid by customer before delivery or via bank transfer on the delivery day.
